Shipping policy

We currently service the state of Malacca and offer the following options for receiving your order.

FREE - Self collection is available Friday - Sunday, 12pm - 5pm.

RM5 - We personally deliver within a radius of 500 metres of Jonker Street.

RM10 - All areas of Malacca made possible by our 3 party delivery service agents.

FREE DELIVERY for order RM200 and above.

  

The customer's responsibility is to make sure there is a recipient at the shipping address within the delivery window. Suppose the logistics company finds no representatives to receive the goods within 10 minutes. In that case, the driver has the right to leave, and the customer needs to pay a re-delivery fee of RM10 to Harmony via online transfer.

Any delays in delivery caused by factors out of our control could happen, and we shall not be held any responsibilities for it but should assist in tracking the goods' location.

Any changes in the delivery details on the selected delivery day or a day before the delivery day are not allowed. The customer will be charged a fee of RM10 to make the relevant changes.

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases made through Harmony are final, and there are no returns/refunds. Customers may, however, make an exchange if the goods received are broken, defective, or any issues you deemed unsatisfactory. Kindly keep them sealed, take a picture of the product and drop an email to kombucha@harmonymelaka.com within 3 days from receipt with your contact details, day of receipt, invoice, and the description of the issue. Our team should have the full discretion to decide whether the products should be returned and replaced. We will not accept any return of goods unless explicitly agreed in writing in advance. 

If there are any refunds taking place, kindly be informed that the transfer might not occur right away because banks may need 7 or even 14 working days to process the fund. We have no control over this, but we shall keep track to ensure you get your refund.

Recycle 

We gladly accept the return of your empty Harmony bottles. We would appreciate it if they are dropped off at our headquarters or we can always pick them up if we are personally delivering your next order. If your delivery is being performed by a third party, please contact us directly or make a note during the checkout process and we will organise it, if it is possible.

 

Complaints

Please contact us if you have received a defective/broken or incorrect item. These items may be returned to us at our expense.
