Harmony began as a lockdown project, brewed in the spare moments between running a café and navigating an uncertain time. What started with a few jars quickly took over the space. Before long, kombucha was fermenting on every available surface and each batch was selling out before the next was ready.

The response convinced us that there was something special worth pursuing.

Over the following years, we immersed ourselves in the world of fermentation—refining recipes, improving brewing methods and learning how to scale production without compromising the quality and character that made people fall in love with our kombucha in the first place.

Today, Harmony is a small-batch nano brewery located in the heart of Melaka's historic old town. We produce kombucha and a growing range of fermented products using real ingredients, carefully selected botanicals and traditional fermentation techniques.

For us, fermentation is about more than creating beverages. It is about transformation. Taking simple ingredients and allowing time, culture and craftsmanship to create something greater than the sum of its parts.
